Busted! Adam Schiff Funneled Millions To Defense Contractors After Taking Donations

According to an investigation by Politico, Schiff "has offered an incomplete and potentially misleading account of his record on earmarks."
A POLITICO review of congressional earmarks and political contributions found that in addition to the money for homelessness and drug treatment, Schiff also steered millions to for-profit companies and raised tens of thousands for his House reelection campaigns from corporate executives and people connected to them. The review was mostly limited to publicly available data from the brief three-year window when corporate earmarks were disclosed.
In two particularly egregious cases, Schiff channeled millions in funding to Smiths Detection and Phasebridge, Inc., two defense companies within his district - with $6 million steered to Smiths Detection and $3 million to Phasebridge. Both moves would have been barred under reforms adopted in 2010. This financial maneuvering coincided with Schiff receiving $8,500 in contributions from PMA Group PAC and two family members of Paul Magliocchetti, founder and owner of the lobbying firm retained by both defense companies.
In 2011, Paul Magliocchetti was sentenced to 27 months in prison for making illegal campaign contributions.

The NZ Doctors Speaking Out with Science (NZDSOS) conference was held with approximately 800 attendees. It was labeled as the Truth, Justice and healing conference.
We set up 3 microscopes. Dr Nixon and myself with darkfield plus one skin inspection scope. As the numbers were a bit overwhelming at times we switched between doing skin and blood on the big scopes. The first day was a marathon of about 12 hours.
Structure being formed. I am seeing a lot of new forms appearing.
The most important work of the weekend was carried out by a pressed ganged volunteer who worked tirelessly taking skin samples from the calf muscles of the masses and searching them for the blue fibres.
Below is an example and shows 2 of them amongst normal skin cells. From 200 odd people there were only a handful where they were not found. As we were mass screening we only used a maximum of 60x mag for that test and I have no doubt that if we had gone to 200x we would also have found a few babies on / in them too.

This Long Plotted World Takeover Scheme Is More Advanced Than Any Normal Human Can Fathom

To begin, I will preface my remarks by saying that this is an attempt to explain in simple terms, very complicated financial and economic crimes being used against Americans, and also against the entire world population, in order to create and sustain total control over humanity. This is meant to manifest itself in the concept of one world governance, the ‘Great Reset,’ or the New World Order.
This may seem a bold statement; it is not, but once you understand that everything that has happened over many decades is linked, especially since the plotted and premeditated false flag event called ‘9/11,’ you should be able to recognize the massive number of obvious connections that are incredibly evil.
It has recently become more prevalent by mostly alternative news sites and bloggers, to put forth the notion that many are waking up, and that the people are winning the battle for freedom. In my opinion, this is just not so, and in fact is misleading, as false hope is the driving force of this thinking.
It is evident that more are claiming to be against government tyranny, but absolutely nothing has been done to reduce or eliminate the power of the State at any level to date. In addition, the nefarious efforts of the State and its controllers continue to expand, and the drive toward more draconian policies is never-ending.

46 Pages FOIAed Emails Between CDC Leaders, Dr. Fauci, Dr. Collins, and White House, NIH, HHS, Show They Knew About Vaccine-Induced Myocarditis and Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia, a Blood Clotting

Attorney Edward Berkovich submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stating, “I request emails sent by and received by Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, Sherri A. Berger, and Kevin Griffis (all of whom are CDC personnel) on dates beginning February 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021, containing the word myocarditis.” DailyClout reported on the initial 472-page production from that FOIA on August 29, 2023.
Mr. Berkovich recently received 46 additional pages, over 80% of which were fully redacted, involving other government entities such as the White House and Executive Office of the President, as part of this production. Of the 46 pages, only two pages were released without any redactions. Seven pages were partially redacted pages, and 37 pages were fully redacted. The redactions were “pursuant to 5 U.S.C. §552 Exemptions 5 and 6.” According to the CDC cover letter accompanying this production:
“Exemption 5 protects inter-agency or intra-agency memorandums or letters which would not be available by law to a party other than an agency in litigation with the agency. Exemption 5 therefore incorporates the privileges that protect materials from discovery in litigation, including the deliberative process, attorney work-product, and attorney-client privileges. Nobel Prize laureate John Clauser has recently been in the spotlight for challenging prevailing climate models, which he says have ignored a key variable.
Mr. Clauser, who recently became a recipient of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics for his contributions to quantum mechanics, holds degrees from Caltech and Columbia University. He served in roles at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory,
and the University of California, Berkeley. In 2010, he was honored with a portion of the Wolf Prize in Physics.
Recently, Mr. Clauser joined another Nobel laureate and over 1,600 professionals in signing the World Climate Declaration (WCD) organized by Climate Intelligence (CLINTEL). This declaration asserts that there is no "climate emergency," that climate change science is not conclusive, and that the earth's history over thousands of years shows a consistently changing climate.

What do I mean by the ripple effect? Well, to start, there’s been a frenzy online about my September 13th oral arguments against the Attorney Genearl. The Gateway Pundit ran a couple of stories about the event. This catchy title of one of their articles has gotten some significant play: "Attorney Defending Constitutional Rights Receives Standing Ovation for Her Oral Arguments Against NY Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Tyrannical Quarantine Camp Lawsuit Appeal"
The Brownstone Institute, where I am a Fellow, put out an article on their website and on their social media platforms about the appeal with another very catchy title, “David v. Goliath in New York,” and it went viral, as their #1 top read article of the week!
Furthermore, Shannon Joy Radio covered the oral arguments live inside and outside the courthouse. One of Shannon’s videos of the standing ovation given to me by a couple hundred supporters who were watching on closed-circuit TV in the courthouse atrium (since the courtroom itself was full to capacity) has over 165,000 views thus far. Watch that HERE. If you haven’t yet, you can watch oral arguments themselves, complete with the inside-courtroom standing ovation HERE. Then there’s CHD TV which live-streamed the oral arguments on the 13th. One of their Twitter posts alone has received about 75,000 views so far. Roseangel from Cafecito Break posted part of the press conference that Senator Borrello and I gave afterwards outside the courthouse, and

UN General Assembly Approves Global Pandemic “Authority” With Lockdown Enforcement Powers

Dennis Francis, president of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), has ignored the objections of 11 countries and approved the UN declaration on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and
Response without submitting it to a full assembly vote.
This declaration aims to form a global pandemic authority that has a range of disturbing powers, such as the ability to enforce lockdowns, push for universal vaccination, and censor what it deems “misinformation.”
Some of the points it calls for include:
Increased surveillance and digital health documents: The declaration supports the use of digital health technologies for “implementing and supporting health measures and bolstering national response efforts” in the event of a health emergency or pandemic. Vaccine passports would fall under the category of digital health technologies.

Newsom Signs Bill to Fine School Districts for Dissenting from Left-wing Curriculum

Califonia Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a bill Monday that will enable him to slap fines on local school districts that refuse to obey state edits on curriculum involving controversial subjects like race, gender, and sexuality.
As Breitbart News reported in July, Newsom sought the power to punish dissenting school districts in conservative communities and backed a bill, AB 1078, that would let him do that regarding LGBTQ+ issues and “ethnic” studies.
The bill was failing in the California state legislature, where Democrats hold supermajorities in both houses, until Newsom, seeking a tool against local school districts, jumped into the debate and backed the legislation, saving it.
Newsom hoped to punish one school district in particular, in Temecula, California, where a new conservative majority won school board elections and rejected LGBTQ+ materials, including on the late Harvey Milk.
While Newsom claims the law “bans book bans and censorship,” it effectively enforces left-wing censorship in schools, since state-mandated curricula do not include conservative or traditional perspectives on these issues.

There was a flaw—a gap in understanding between those who carried out the mission and President Biden, as to why he ordered the destruction of the pipelines when he did. My initial 5,200-word report, published in early February, ended
cryptically by quoting an official with knowledge of the mission telling me: “It was a beautiful cover story.” The official added: “The only flaw was the decision to do it.”
This is the first account of that flaw, on the one-year anniversary of the explosions, and it is one President Biden and his national security team will not like.
Inevitably, my initial story caused a sensation, but the major media emphasized the White House denials and relied on an old canard—my reliance on an unnamed source—to join the administration in debunking the notion that Joe Biden could have had anything to do with such an attack. I must note here that I’ve won literally scores of prizes in my career for stories in the New York Times and the New Yorker that relied on not a single named source. In the past year we’ve seen a series of contrary newspaper stories, with no named first-hand sources, claiming that a dissident Ukrainian group carried out the technical diving operation attack in the Baltic Sea via a 49-foot rented yacht called the Andromeda.

Here Is What Stops, And What Doesn't, When The Government Shuts Down This Weekend

.. but ahead of the Sept 30 midnight drop dead date, there is still some confusion so let's recap the main points, the first of which is that a government shutdown should not be confused with the debt ceiling and its potential for a sovereign default.
As JPM writes in its latest shutdown note, if no deal is reached by Oct 1 - which is now certainly the default case - then a continuing resolution is one of the more likely paths, but should a CR remain in place by Jan 1, 2024, then there will be an automatic cut to military/defense spending.
A government shutdown does not actually shutdown all aspects of the government, as many elements are exempted. In addition to the items listed below, JPM assumes that Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, State, and the Social Security Administration continue to make payments.
Some more details on the economic impact
The 5-week shutdown from 2018-19 reduced real GDP by $11bn or 0.3%; $3bn of that $11bn was likely non-recoverable once the government reopened.
In the past events, the 10Y yield has dropped both ahead of the shutdown (beginning as many as 15 days ahead) and throughout the shutdown.

The Biden Impeachment Begins: Beaking Down The Evidence

Yesterday began what we might unofficially call the start of the impeachment of President Joe Biden. Or, as announced by the House Oversight Committee: the hearing on The Basis for an
Impeachment Inquiry of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
For the more zealous among us, there is pressure to get on with it already. Start the proceedings, get the votes, and see what happens. A fair position, but we’re not there yet. The evidentiary record is not yet complete.
Thus, the “impeachment inquiry” is an essential investigative step, one which will require the testimony of scores of witnesses and numerous subpoenas for travel records, business and shell company records, bank records, and communications targeted at the Biden family and their business associates. Representative James Comer already has at least some of the investigation already planned; today he announced he is issuing subpoenas for Hunter Biden’s and James Biden’s personal and business bank records.
That wasn’t an empty promise. Yesterday evening, Comer “issued three subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records.”

Government Prepares Employees For Shutdown As Congress Rolls Out Last Ditch (DOA) Stopgaps

The House plan, dubbed the Spending Reduction and Border Security Act, would extend funding through the end of October, but also includes spending cuts of around 30% - with the exemptions of national defense, the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security, and for funding designated disaster relief, The Hill reports.
No Democrats are expected to vote for the House measure, meaning Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) can only lose four Republicans if the full house is in attendance - which McCarthy might not even have, as at least four House Republicans have gone on record opposing any short-term spending measure.
The House Rules Committee will consider the legislation Friday morning before a floor vote.
And if the House bill does pass, it will be dead-on-arrival in the Senate, which will lead to a shutdown.

Chicago Trying out City Runs Grocery Stores???

Chicago's new mayor, Brandon Johnson, is experimenting with a surprising new city policy— government-run grocery stores.
The policy idea was announced by Johnson earlier this week. "I am proud to work alongside partners to take this step in envisioning what a municipally owned grocery store in Chicago could look like," he said.
The proposal comes in response to an apparent lack of access to grocery stores after giants Walmart and Whole Foods closed down their stores in large areas of the city.
The companies each claim the closures were due to the stores being unprofitable. The lack of nearby grocery stores has caused significant speculation on how these locations could possibly be unprofitable.
Many speculate the issues stem from rising thefts in Chicago. DailyMail reports, "to date in 2023 over 2022, thefts are up 25 percent according to the Chicago Police Department while robberies are up 11%."
In any case, municipal authorities in Chicago have decided these closures are severe enough issues to warrant the development of centrally planned grocery stores. How would these stores do? Economic analysis can help us understand what central planning of groceries would look like.

They are Sasha and Malia's official God-parents and Anita is said to have "delivered both children" as a Doctor but quite the double entendre. Just another example of how the public is "chumped' and pushed towards a eugenics-based, trans-agenda.

Here is video of the Free State Project Board Meeting where Jeremy Kaufmann was kicked off the board. I have mixed feelings about this whole issue, as I genuinely like Jeremy Kaufmann BUT was shocked at his drunken outburst at PorcFest where he insulted a grieving parent who lost a child to a vaccine adverse event/death. What was even more shocking to me was that Jeremy was promoting vaccines when anyone who has looked even casually into the subject would base their decision on the crooked "tobacco science" of Washington DC, the NIH and CDC with their revolving door of cronyism including Julie "Merck" Gerberding of the CDC and Michael "Monsanto" Taylor of the FDA as two
high-profile examples. Very bizarre to have an individual at the Board level of the FSP that doesn't understand how and why (Eugenics) the organized crime "government" is allowing adulterated "vaccines" and adjuvents into the brains of developing children.
Jeremy was, essentially, promoting the organized crime and "government's line on vaccines! He can't figure out how monied interests might have hijacked and monopolized the regulators? He can't tell from just his friends and colleagues with kids on the autism spectrum who have figured out the government's numbers and claims don't make sense? I have 10+ friends, family, colleagues and fellow yogis with kids on the spectrum (the overwhelming majority of whom have looked into the issues and blame the "vaccines" and know the "government" is lying to them). I frankly wouldn't trust anyone who trusts the "government" on vaccination and think it says a lot about their intelligence... Jason Sorens lost a lot of support among the FSP for getting "chumped"
and pumping the Covid-19 "vaccines"
